2. Digital Products
The KeyRise offers digital educational resources, including the First-Property Readiness Evaluator, the AI Readiness Diagnostic, and the W-2 Investor Playbook. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time. We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability, including after an order is submitted where permitted by law.
3. Educational Purpose; No Professional Advice

4. Payments and Digital Delivery
You agree to pay the price displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes or charges. The First-Property Readiness Evaluator is currently offered as a one-time digital purchase. Access or delivery may be made available immediately after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing a functioning email address and maintaining access to the delivery method we provide.
5. Refund Policy
Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Except where required by applicable law, digital-product purchases are final and are not eligible for a refund after access or delivery is made available.
